About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MT Sales Manager to lead our Modern Trade channel nationwide. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing channel business, building strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Nationwide MT Channel Management
- Develop and execute channel business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Ensure sustainable pricing platforms and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product launches and be able to generate sales revenue in line with business strategies plan..
- Work with logistics to optimize distribution costs.
2. Key Account Management & Development
- Manage relationships with key accounts such as Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Marts, Mini-marts, and CVS nationwide.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing policies, and maintain long-term relationships with account directors.
- Develop and maintain a strong distributor network.
3. Sales & Expense Management
- Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer plans.
- Achieve sales volume and manage expenses.
- Manage product forecasting, availability, merchandising, shelf share, and pricing.
4. Distribution Network Development
- Develop, retain, and optimize the nationwide distribution network professionally.
5. Customer Management & Service
- Oversee sales administration, including credit, delivery, cash, commissions, and reporting.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints efficiently.
- Implement SOPs for Modern Trade nationwide.
6. Organization & People Development
- Recruit, develop, and manage team members.
- Allocate resources and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Support career development and manage performance (PMP & KPI).
7. Reporting & Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate sales and profit metrics to optimize performance.
- Track sell-out per store and SKU and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MT Sales in the FMCG field.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, leadership, personnel management, distribution, and planning.
- Experience in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
