- **Position Summary**_
- As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will together with us carry out the mission of growing our clientele and our business by identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of our company._
- You will be at the front of the company, oversee the development and growth of profitable new business; establish and foster prospect and client relationships as well as ensure business & operational growth through directing and managing effective business development activities. Fulfilling your role with the vision and goal aiming for our company's financial and organizational growth, especially your individual development path motivates you every day at work._

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop, coordinate and implement effective sales and business strategies/plans designed to capture new prospects and clients, plus maintain and increase further business opportunities from current clientele;
- Develop and conduct sales presentations, participate and lead meetings, networking with prospects and clients;
- Manage business negotiations, closely monitor and oversee the entire process of service delivery between our company and current clients, fostering client relationships and facilitating internal efforts;
- Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target client segments, and the company’s potential to meet clients’ needs;
- Other tasks according to assignment from your direct BOD.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **At least 2 years of experience in Digital Advertising;**:

- Strong digital advertising knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, negotiation and management skills;
- Strong client service and business-oriented mindset, always put client and business at first;
- Result-driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team;
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, pitching.
