1. General Affairs:

- Making plans and implementing for team building, volunteer activities, year-end party,

and annual health check-ups.
- Making the visa, work permit, and temporary residence card and supporting the

immigration procedures for the staff.
- Supporting company regulations review annually.
- Other tasks by Managers and BOD.

2. C&B:

- Reconciling timesheets and leaving records.
- Maintaining timesheets, staff leave records, and sick leave and absence records.
- Computing monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances, and bonus in

accordance with company policies.
- Claim and pay allowances from the SHUIs Department (sick leave, maternity leave,

paternity leave,), increase/decrease in SHUIs, other tasks involved SHUIs procedures.
- Managing staff database, drawing up labor contracts, contracts renewal/ amendment/

termination, promotion letter, salary review letters, and company announcements.
- Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, HR evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Supporting the HR Manager to prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual budget.

3. Recruitment and training:

- Develop a recruitment strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews,

and offers.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Educational background: University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant majors
- At least 5 years of related experience working as a Human Resources in a Foreign Company
- Language: Fluent in English, Korean is a plus
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
