**Responsibilities**:

- Administer onsite compensation and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payroll, insurance, tax, employee benefits payments, and health & safety compliance.
- Manage employee leaves, compensation, incentive plans, and other schemes in accordance with company policies.
- Propose and support development of HR policies, welfare programs, reward schemes, and internal regulations aligned with business strategy.
- Monitor and update legal regulations to ensure HR practices and company policies remain compliant with local laws.
- Advise managers on compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies to support business development.
- Actively participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and adding value to Global HR operations.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify opportunities to automate and improve manual HR processes.
- Initiate and implement performance management cycles and employee recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare and manage employment-related documentation (e.g., contracts, annexes, termination orders) accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations, benefits, and HR-related topics.
- Lead and support change initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to minimize disruption and enhance HR impact.
- Support internal communications and help organize internal and corporate events to promote employee engagement.
- Advocate for the organization’s culture and values to align with strategic goals and boost employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR operations or a related function.
- Intermediate English and professional proficiency in the local language.
- Preferred certifications: HR Analytics or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to proactively manage change and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex or international HR environments is a plus.
