This position involves tasks related distribution service: agency onboarding/reinstate, termination AG, check request and process transfer policies according to PVA regulations and Administration support work related to business management according to PVA regulations.
Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến các dịch vụ thuộc kênh phân phối: bổ nhiệm/khôi phục đại lý, chấm dứt AG, kiểm tra yêu cầu và xử lý các chính sách chuyển giao theo quy định của Công ty và các công việc hỗ trợ hành chính khác liên quan đến quản lý kinh doanh theo quy định của Công ty.
- Appointment of agents in distribution channels: Agency, Pruventure, PD
Bổ nhiệm đại lý thuộc các kênh phân phối: Đại lý truyền thống, Đại lý Pruventure, Đại lý kênh đối tác
- Meet all the deadlines of individual assignments: check, verify request, result training, AML, Avicadefor onboarding, reinstatement AG.
Hoàn thành các công việc đúng thời gian quy định: theo dõi tình trạng hồ sơ, kết quả huấn luyện, AML, Avicad để cấp mới mã số đại lý, khôi phục Hợp đồng đại lý.
- Ensure the filing of all documents is in line with company rules and/or in a systematic manner: received documents, checking, key in and update return contract, ensure document is correct and accuracy allowed.
Đảm bảo việc lưu trữ tất cả các tài liệu phù hợp với quy tắc của công ty và / hoặc theo cách có hệ thống: nhận, kiểm tra thông tin chứng từ nhận từ Filenet đầy đủ, đảm bảo chứng từ đầy đủ và chính xác.
- Termination/Check request, process & transfer policy
Thanh lý hợp đồng đại lý/ Kiểm tra yêu cầu và thực hiện chuyển giao hợp đồng sau khi thanh lý
- Other task: UAT system for new project, Transfer AG of policy, register personal tax code & update information’s AG, DA hotline
