This role is responsible for developing and managing all operations strategic partners for premium collection to expand networks, channels and new business models with partners to deliver new growth, profitability, excellent customer experience and engagement.

Scope 1: Contribute to the team's efforts in building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders in premium collection.
- Đóng vai trò hỗ trợ cho đội ngũ trong việc xây dựng mối quan hệ đối tác vững mạnh với các đối tác chiến lược trong công tác thu phí bảo hiểm_

Conducting market research, selecting, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with strategic partners with Prudential.
- T_iến hành nghiên cứu thị trường, lựa chọn, phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ kinh doanh chặt chẽ với các đối tác _thu hộ phí _của Prudential._

Supporting managers in designing policies, negotiating with partners for legal and commercial terms, in collaboration with Operating for operational issues which allow partnerships to thrive to develop win-win relationships.
- Hỗ trợ các cấp quản lý trong việc t_hiết kế chính sách, đàm phán với các đối tác về các điều khoản pháp lý và thương mại, phối hợp với bộ phận Vận hành để giải quyết các vấn đề vận hành cho phép quan hệ đối tác phát triển nhằm xây dựng mối quan hệ đôi bên cùng có lợi._

Supporting manager in preparing a proposal for strategic toll collection solutions to seek management’s approval for the implementation of investment projects in partnerships according to the Company's regulations.
- Hỗ trợ các cấp quản lý trong viecj thiết lập hồ sơ các giải pháp thu phí chiến lược để trình xin phê duyệt cho việc thực hiện các dự án _đầu tư vào các quan hệ đối tác theo quy định của Công ty._

Monitoring changes in legal regulations: frequently updating the regulations, policies.
- Theo dõi những thay đổi về quy định pháp luật: thường xuyên cập nhật các quy định, chính sách._

Support in implementing risk assessment processes and selecting premium collection suppliers in accordance with the regulations and policies of company's Procurement and the region.
- Hố trợ trong việc thực hiện các quy trình đánh giá rủi ro, chọn lọc nhà cung cấp thu phí theo đúng quy định và chính sách của bộ phận cung ứng của công ty và của vùng._

Coordinate to resolve problems affecting customers' premium payments through premium collection suppliers.
- Phối hợp để giải quyết các sự cố ảnh hưởng đến việc thanh toán phí bảo hiểm của khách hàng thông qua các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ thu phí bảo hiểm._

Scope 2: To co-work cross departments for deploying strategic and functional projects, build strategy of premium collection aligned with PVA’s KPIs and budget for effective premium collection.
- Phối hợp giữa các phòng ban để triển khai các dự án chiến lược và chức năng, xây dựng chiến lược thu phí phù hợp với các chỉ số KPIs và ngân sách của PVA để thu phí hiệu quả._

Deploy strategic and functional projects to diversify premium collection and benefit payment channels, delivering excellent services to customers throughout the policy life cycle to improve customer retention, paid rate, customer satisfaction and promote the company image & brand.
- Triển khai các dự án chiến lược và chức năng để đa dạng hóa các kênh thu phí và thanh toán quyền lợi, cung cấp dịch vụ xuất sắc cho khách hàng trong suốt vòng đời của hợp đồng để cải thiện sự giữ chân khách hàng, tỷ lệ thanh toán, sự hài lòng của khách hàng và quảng bá hình ảnh, thương hiệu của công ty._

Cooperate with sale channels and other related sections to build and deliver transform process, collection programs/ campaigns to support premium collection targets.
- Phối hợp với các kênh bán hàng và các bộ phận liên quan để xây dựng và triển khai quy trình chuyển đổi, chương trình/chiến dịch thu phí nhằm hỗ trợ mục tiêu thu phí._

Drive process transformation and improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of premium collection through review and amendment process
