What You Can Expect

Goal of Section: - Explain every day activities of someone who works in this role. - Convey the day-to-day impact and responsibilities of this position within the business group they will join. Questions To Answer In This Section: - Is this role hybrid or on-site? - Tell me about a day in their life. Start when they arrive at work. What projects will they work on day to day? - Management - Who do they work with most? Do they manage people day to day? - Aptitude - What tools do they use to work every day? What are the most common tasks? - Communication - Who will they attend meetings with? Are they doing any presentations? - What might surprise someone about doing this job at Marvell as opposed to somewhere else? - What can’t this team do if they do not have this person?

What We're Looking For
