Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh (formerly called Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen - Binh Duong). Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh DuongCore Responsibilities

The Tech Service Specialist is an independent and dedicated player in own field, providing advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems. Considered as an asset in a service product, being able to solve a wide variety of complex issues while shifting focus from being reactive to becoming proactive.
- Effectively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and solutions on the manufacturing site.
- Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site.
- Actively improves, apply, trains and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and/or networks.
- Engages with vendors as it relates to IT area.

Do you have what it takes?
- Having experience and passion with computer infrastructure, especially virtual environment (network, computers, etc.).
- Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, FTP.
- Solid grasp of security principles, including encryption, network security and data protection as well.
- Having advanced knowledge of ITSM tools, filtering, reporting, using dashboards and knowledge of agile framework, and are eager to get things done.
- Strive to strength already existing IT fix skills and continuously think about how we succeed as a team.
- Proficiency in English (4 skills)
- Bringing a positive can-do-mindset is preferable

To succeed in this role, you ideally already have experience with some of the following:

- Advanced Hardware Fix: Extensive knowledge of computer hardware components, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques for resolving complex hardware issues.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, with skills in sophisticated configuration and system optimization.
- Software Applications: Familiarity with O365 and its components, capable of crafting simple Low Code/No Code solutions, and understanding key API concepts.
- Networking: In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and other technologies to solve complex network issues.
- ITSM Knowledge: Active understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Security Awareness: Expertise in IT security practices, including vulnerability assessment, threat detection, incident response, and implementing security controls.
