RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be responsible for the operations of existing and new industrial assets by planning and allocating resources, managing commercial discussions with customers and service providers so as to achieve the high operation standard and level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and leverage on established networks and strong relationship with internal stakeholders, local authorities, business partners and customers to achieve marketing targets and deliver industrial assets to meet demands.
- Support the General Director in the management of profit and loss of the business, drive revenue and profit growth through the creation and implementation of end-to-end industrial asset solutions while seeking for potential business development opportunities to expand the footprint of the Company.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent from reputable universities with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Project development and/or general management.
- Strong business acumen, service and result oriented.
- Strong leadership and good people manager in leading cross-functional teams.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Willing to be based in Hai Phong and able to handle frequent domestic travel, based on business needs.
