**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure and report to Chief Accountant all finance and accounting, tax work being managed properly in compliance with IFRS, VAS and Vietnamese laws and regulation;
- Recommend, establish, and administer internal accounting procedures and participate to management procedures and controls to detect and prevent fraud and errors;
- Work closely with other divisions in the company to control stock/inventory/consumption to ensure a proper cost calculation;
- Ensure timely & accurate accounting reports for monthly, quarterly, yearly closing, and/or any other ad-hoc reports required by Head Quarter, BODs, lenders, and authorities;
- Liaise with internal / external auditors, lenders, tax authorities, or any relevant government bodies in relation to financial accounting matters;
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly and ad-hoc reports for Tax Authorities and ensure tax submission & finalization is done properly;
- Keep up to date with latest developments in the area of financial accounting and government laws & regulations;
- Supervises the overall finance and accounting team and manages the team’s activities to ensure the finance and accounting works are properly allocated, controlled and recorded, in a timely and accurate manner;
- Other general management duties:_
- Build up the work force toward the group and company development.
- Build up the target and direction for Accounting department
- Support Director to develop the department, division as well as company.
- Other related duties and tasks as requested._

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Female/Male from 35 years old
- University graduate or above with major in: Accounting, Audit, Finance... or related majors;
- Minimum 5 years experiences of Chief Accountant in EPE or FDI manufacturing company.
- Good understanding and knowledge about VAS, IFRS and Tax law;
- Having experience in a Japanese company or big sized company/group (from 300 employees or more) is preferable;
- Having experience about SAP system is an advantage;
- Languages: Fluent in English or Japanese;
- Skilled in financial analysis and presentations;
- Capable of representing and safeguarding the interests of the Company effectively
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, cooperation, organization and people management skills;
- Logical thinking skills, strategic thinking, problem solving skills;
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Technically advanced to initiate process improvements and changes;
- Training, orientation, motivational skills, personnel & team development;
- Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive, open-minded and initiative action.
