Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop growth strategies for each stage.
  • Define business models for direct sales and through partners, agents, and distributors.
  • Organize and oversee business operations to ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Manage Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams (~20 people), and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expand and maintain a strategic customer network (banks, securities, insurance, healthcare, government agencies).
  • Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with key partners and customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate business results; forecast and propose adjustment solutions. Report directly to the General Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT and cybersecurity market, as well as security services and solutions.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT business, including at least 3–5 years in senior management roles (Director/Deputy Director/Head of Sales).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales models and proven ability to build and execute revenue growth plans.
  • Established network within FSI (Financial Services Institutions), Enterprise, Government, or Fintech sectors.
  • Candidates with experience in technology, security, digital solutions, or cybersecurity ecosystem companies are preferred.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Negotiation and bargaining.
  • Communication and persuasion.
  • Team management and development.
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.
