- Manage, lead, and develop the department's sales team.
- Receive orders and handle issues related to order processing.
- Maintain and expand relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning departments to ensure product progress and quality.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports, analyze results, and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.
