Deputy Factory Director

(Selex Motors – Smart Electric Vehicle Ecosystem Pioneer)

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all production operations at the factory.
  • Develop monthly/quarterly/annual production plans and long-term strategies to meet business goals.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel (Production, QA/QC, Engineering…), equipment, materials, and tools.
  • Ensure strict compliance with factory regulations: labor rules, safety, security, environmental protection, and fire prevention.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop standards, assembly/work instructions, and testing procedures for new products.
  • Lead factory audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and COP assessments by Vietnam Register.
  • Report weekly on production progress, product quality, inventory, safety issues, and equipment status.
  • Work with HR to recruit, define KPIs, and build training & development plans for factory staff.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

III. Candidate Requirements

  1. Qualifications

  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical–Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.

  3. Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO/IATF 16949), production processes, machinery, and modern manufacturing technologies.

  4. Experience

  5. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing.

  6. At least 3 years in a similar management position with a strong track record.

  7. Prior experience in automotive/motorcycle manufacturing (Honda, Yamaha…) or foreign manufacturing companies is a significant advantage.
