DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF LEGAL (REAL ESTATE)
About the Company
GELEX Group is aggressively expanding its footprint in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. We aim to develop high-quality projects through strategic partnerships with top-tier global investors to position GELEX as a leading developer in Vietnam.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to lead legal operations for real estate investment. This role will drive complex deal structuring, M&A strategies, and risk management for the Group's key projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy for the full project lifecycle: master planning, licensing, construction, and operations.
- Structure complex transactions (Deal Structure, Share/Asset deals) and financial arrangements.
- Advise on asset management and ensure compliance for Commercial/Residential projects.
- Build relationships with State Agencies and international partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law required; Practicing Certificate or Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Legal (Planning, Land, Housing, Construction).
- Proven track record at top Developers (FDI preferred) or Tier 1 Law Firms.
- Fluent in English (4 skills) with strong deal structuring and negotiation capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong "Business Partner" mindset and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in M&A and cross-border collaboration.
