Be responsible for annual operation planning and strategic direction for Sales and Marketing
Operate & manage Sales operation:

- Check, monitor and implement solutions to boost sales and profits

- Encourage, reward, or discipline the Sales team if needed to strengthen and develop the sales team.
- Use budget effectively to achieve Business goals

Build and develop company & product brand, including:

- Co-ordinate with Global Marketing to develop long-term & short
- term marketing plans and goals
- Implement marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market
- Evaluate and implement measures to promote the effectiveness of Marketing activities
- Organize & manage on market research, competitor information...
- Ensure that the commercial operation of the Company is fully in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Smooth commercial operation Compliance with Laws & regulations

Be responsible for the direction of development, sales volume growth, and company profit sales volume growth
- Collaborate with the BOD team to set up and manage the employees to achieve the best result in business
- Approve payments in the fields of business, marketing, sales admin, management, which are valued at under VND 2 billion; or from 2 billion to 5 billion if getting consent of Deputy General Director - Finance & Service and the General Director
- Make recommendations on building and managing the organizational structure of sales & marketing, including needed headcount, salary frame, bonus & allowance policies, welfare policies...
- Make decision on recruitment, rotation, and termination with sales & marketing staff, from ASM level down
- Sign labor contract with staff of sales & marketing, from ASM level
- Approve annual sales targets yearly/quarterly/monthly
- Approve sales policies if getting consent of General Director
- Approve trade marketing program if getting consent of General Director & Deputy General Director - Finance & Service
- Approve brand marketing advertising expenses in the plan if getting consent of General Director & Deputy General Director - Finance & Service.
- Sign contract with partners in business area, marketing, sales admin, cooler/freezer management under the authorization of the General Director.

**Job Requirements**:
University or postgraduate degree, Preferable in Economics, Business Administration
In-deep knowledge of sales management, marketing management and sales services - In-depth knowledge of GT and MT - including management, negotiation and enforcement of commercial terms.
At least 5 years of experience working at Senior Sales Director/Deputy General Director on Sales with team size more than 300 sales man.
