Sales Director, Technology

ACG_3223_JOB Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop growth strategies for each stage.Define business models for direct sales and through partners, agents, and distributors.Organize and oversee business operations to ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and market share targets.Manage Sales, Pre -sales, and Marketing teams (~20 people), and develop high -performing teams.Expand and maintain a strategic customer network (banks, securities, insurance, healthcare, government agencies).Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with key partners and customers.Monitor and evaluate business results; forecast and propose adjustment solutions. Report directly to the General Director.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. In -depth understanding of the IT and cybersecurity market, as well as security services and solutions.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT business, including at least 3–5 years in senior management roles (Director/Deputy Director/Head of Sales).Strong understanding of B2B sales models and proven ability to build and execute revenue growth plans.Established network within FSI (Financial Services Institutions), Enterprise, Government, or Fintech sectors.Candidates with experience in technology, security, digital solutions, or cybersecurity ecosystem companies are preferred.Strategic planning.Negotiation and bargaining.Communication and persuasion.Team management and development.Good English communication skills are an advantage.
