Your Role:

- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Timely reporting of sales activities in the CRM system
- Supporting marketing activities, e.g. exhibitions and customer events, in Vietnam, Asia and Germany
- Analyzing the laser market in the responsible sales area and proposing strategies to increase sales
- Track sales information and provide updates and sales reports
- Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors, and market dynamics
- Implementing the sales plan and policy set by the company
- Any other tasks or projects assigned by Regional Director and GM

Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields
- More than 4 years of job experience in selling manufacturing/engineering product, equipment or project
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the responsible sales area and occasionally to Singapore/Germany
- MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Customer oriented, team player and growth mindset
- Motivation for sales and for buildup long term customer relationships
- Self-driven. Initiative and proactive in following through and completing tasks. Resulted Oriented.
- Service mind and customer oriented
- Sense of prioritization & urgency amidst multiple and shifting demands
- Professional, team player with organization, planning and time Management skills
- Eager to do more than expected
- Growth mindset: seeking improvement. Highly motivated
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing Skills
- Problem Solving, independently working. Analytical, Logical and Strategic Thinking
