Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Sales Manager at Arrow Electronics. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. The Sales Manager will be expected to lead and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Consultative Selling
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and use data for decision-making
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor and drive team performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
