JD Sales Manager (Cutting tool)/ Remote/Ha Noi

Sales Manager
is accountable for overseeing product and service sales through designated sales teams and supporting sales operations. This position will act as the primary steward of the market within the country, leading the development, execution, and supervision of all elements of the direct and indirect sales cycle, profitability.

Job Descriptions

  • Formulate and execute national sales strategies and performance objectives aimed at boosting sales volumes and improving profit margins in alignment with both country-specific and corporate growth directives.
  • Direct and deploy short-term and long-term country growth initiatives to achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales ambitions.
  • Build strong market insight by understanding the competitive landscape, emerging opportunities, customer segments
  • Acquire knowledge of key financial metrics to identify opportunities for deeper market penetration and to maximize resource utilization in capturing these opportunities.
  • Oversee all customer relationships nationally to enhance solution offerings and deliver stronger value, ensuring timely resolution of customer questions and issues.
  • Utilize strong awareness of the local market to contribute to regional strategic decisions and support enterprise-wide objectives. Identify additional influencers, key decision-makers, and potential sponsors within existing and potential client organizations.
  • Coordinate with distributors, agents, and brand partners to ensure coverage of white-space opportunities and drive shared growth ambitions.
  • Assess the status of major and MTI projects, review key customer/partner agreements, and promote improvements where necessary.
  • Manage distributor assignments within the country to ensure alignment with the current go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, regional sales teams, and other cross-functional leaders to maintain excellent customer service standards and deliver profitable growth.
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and support the execution of annual pricing adjustments.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the national sales team to deliver strong performance, ensuring both profitable growth and increased market share.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 6–8+ years of experience in a sales-focused role.
  • 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a country-level sales organization.
  • Prior experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing leader.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from planning to closing.
  • Fluent in English.
