  1. Production Management

  2. Develop and implement production plans in line with the company's business direction.

  3. Ensure output, progress, and product quality according to ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
  4. Optimize production processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and lower production costs.

  5. Oversee the implementation of equipment and production line maintenance schedules.

  6. Quality and Food Safety Management

  7. Ensure the quality management, food safety, and environmental management systems are maintained and continuously improved.

  8. Coordinate with the QA/QC department to control incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.

  9. Ensure compliance with regulations on food hygiene and safety, occupational safety, and fire prevention.

  10. Personnel Management and Team Development

  11. Organize the factory's personnel structure and assign tasks appropriately.

  12. Train, coach, and assess the performance of managers, technicians, and workers.

  13. Build a disciplined working culture and promote continuous improvement and teamwork across the factory.

  14. Cost and Budget Management

  15. Develop, manage, and control the factory's operating budget.

  16. Analyze cost norms, materials, and energy usage; propose cost-saving initiatives and resource optimization solutions.

  17. System Management and Continuous Improvement

  18. Maintain and supervise the implementation of management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S, Kaizen, etc.

  19. Implement technological improvement projects, equipment innovation, and production automation.

  20. Participate in factory expansion, new investment projects, or new product development as assigned.

  21. Reporting and Coordination

  22. Prepare periodic reports on production, quality, costs, personnel, and equipment for the Executive Board.

  23. Coordinate with departments (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • At least 9- 10 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing, including 4–5 years as Factory Director or Deputy Factory Director.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, cost management, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of milk production processes, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards; understanding of equipment maintenance, logistics, and food safety.
  • Honest, highly responsible, systematic thinking, improvement-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in office software and production management systems.
  • Good command of English
