Mô tả công việc:

  1. Quản lý sản xuất

  2. Lập và triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất theo định hướng kinh doanh của công ty.

  3. Đảm bảo sản lượng, tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn ISO, HACCP, GMP.
  4. Tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất, nâng cao năng suất, giảm hao hụt và chi phí sản xuất.

  5. Giám sát việc thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ thiết bị, dây chuyền.

  6. Quản lý chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm

  7. Đảm bảo hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, an toàn thực phẩm, môi trường luôn được duy trì và cải tiến liên tục.

  8. Phối hợp với bộ phận QA/QC trong việc kiểm soát nguyên liệu đầu vào, quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm.

  9. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (VSATTP), an toàn lao động, PCCC.

  10. Quản lý nhân sự và phát triển đội ngũ

  11. Tổ chức cơ cấu bộ máy nhân sự nhà máy, phân công nhiệm vụ hợp lý.

  12. Đào tạo, huấn luyện và đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ quản lý, kỹ thuật, công nhân.

  13. Xây dựng văn hóa kỷ luật, tinh thần cải tiến và làm việc nhóm trong toàn nhà máy.

  14. Quản lý chi phí và ngân sách

  15. Xây dựng, quản lý và kiểm soát ngân sách hoạt động của nhà máy.

  16. Phân tích định mức chi phí, vật tư, năng lượng; đề xuất các biện pháp tiết kiệm, cải tiến hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn lực.

  17. Quản lý hệ thống và cải tiến

  18. Duy trì, giám sát việc thực hiện các hệ thống quản lý: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S, Kaizen…

  19. Triển khai các dự án cải tiến công nghệ, đổi mới thiết bị, tự động hóa quy trình sản xuất.

  20. Tham gia các dự án mở rộng nhà máy, đầu tư mới, phát triển sản phẩm mới khi được giao.

  21. Báo cáo và phối hợp

  22. Báo cáo định kỳ về sản xuất, chất lượng, chi phí, nhân sự, thiết bị cho Ban Điều hành.

  23. Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật, Mua hàng, Kho vận, QA…) để đảm bảo hoạt động xuyên suốt.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thực phẩm, Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử, Quản lý công nghiệp hoặc tương đương.
  • Tối thiểu 9-10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất thực phẩm/đồ uống, trong đó ít nhất 4–5 năm ở vị trí Giám đốc hoặc Phó Giám đốc Nhà máy.
  • Lãnh đạo, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, quản lý chi phí, ra quyết định, giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp và đàm phán.
  • Hiểu biết sâu về quy trình sản xuất sữa, các tiêu chuẩn ISO, HACCP, GMP; có kiến thức quản lý bảo trì thiết bị, kho vận, an toàn thực phẩm.
  • Trung thực, trách nhiệm cao, tư duy hệ thống, hướng tới cải tiến và hiệu quả.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và phần mềm quản lý sản xuất.
  • Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh trong công việc
