Assistant / Executive for Business Development

**Job description**:

- Business supports to North Hanoi smart city team.
- Admin supports such as general admin work (car/hotel booking, cost settlement, accounting and debit note, document translation, interpretation ), market survey, secretarial job for Dept. GM including interpretation and meeting memo preparation

**Job requirements**:

- 1. Education & Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university, majoring in relevant disciplines (such as foreign-language studies, business administration, commerce, international trade,).
- English-language proficiency is required (TOEIC 800 or equivalent).
- Japanese-language proficiency is an advantage.
- 2. Skills & Knowledge:_
- Good at both Vietnamese & English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800 score). Japanese skill is preferable.
- Good communication skills; time management skill, flexible responses and be able to work under pressure with variety of job assignments.
- 3. Experience:_
- Minimum 01 - 02 year experience in similar positions (administration assistance jobs or translation/interpretation).
- 4. Others:_
- Good health; fluent in communication.
- Good personal characteristics (friendly, sociable, honest, responsible, discipline-minded, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, eager for learning, team-work).
