Recruitment
- Work with HR manager/Departments to collect and summarize monthly/quarterly/yearly recruitment needs.
- Prepare and post recruitment information on appropriate channels (job sites, social media, internal, headhunter).
- Coordinate with professional managers organize professional/technical interviews.
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed from opening a position to when the employee is hired.
- Prepare offer letter, negotiate salary and start date.
- Monitor onboarding and probation process.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
HR Administration
- Coordinate with C&B Executive to collect and check monthly timesheet.
- Other tasks as requirement.

- Subtlety in internal/external communication.
- Computer skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
