**Job Summary**

**Essential Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Talent Acquisition (60%)**:
This is your core. You will assist People team with the recruitment process, such as:

- Record, organize, and manage recruitment data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

**2. Employer Branding (30%)**:
To promote the company’s culture and employer brand, you will have chance to:

- Create and share engaging content on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,...) and career sites.

**3. Administrative Support (10%)**:

- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth welcome experience.
- Coordinating office activities and events as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

**Who We Are Looking For?**
- Senior or graduated students who can commit **a full-time internship.**:

- **Strong interest in the Human Resources field**, specifically in Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on high-technology trends.
- **Good command of English** (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0.
- A positive, “can do” attitude with **proactive learning behavior**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tools (or willingness to learn).

- **Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)
- Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Culture Activity & Weekly Review)
- **Working Location**: On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Pay: 2,000,000₫ - 4,000,000₫ per month
