Build and promote a positive team culture while ensuring our guests’ experience is unique and brings the brand to life. Coach and counsel General Manager and leadership team on all people related issues. Establish the IHG HR framework including: The organization structure, HR Policies and Procedures, Induction / Orientation procedures and the Performance Appraisal system.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. FINANCIAL RETURNS:

- Assist in the creation of and work within the established Human Resources department budget.
- Monitor staffing and labour standards to manage costs.
- Mitigate financial risks associated with employee relations issues including workers compensation, rehabilitation, medical insurance and the hotel’s superannuation scheme
- Identify and analyse local compensation and

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent plus 4 years of related experience in Human Resources.
- Some supervisory experience also preferred.
- Professional HR designation or professional body accreditation / affiliation preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters.
- Must speak local language (fluent) and English (high proficiency).
- Other languages preferred.
