MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Role & Responsibilities
- A member of the Corporate Office team supporting significant growth, you will be assisting the Corporate Office Director to ensure that the Company has the people, capabilities and culture to deliver its business plan.
- You will work with the Director to implement the human resources plan to manage remuneration, employee engagement, performance management, resourcing, talent management and development, and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, retention and development of talent, driving business efficiencies through the design, implementation and monitoring of HR performance reports, scorecards, KPIs and relevant performance metrics.
- Payroll administration: work with Finance function to ensure prompt and accurate payment to employees.
- HR Administration: update, verify employee records, continuously review and improve employee policies and procedures. Improve and streamline HR and payroll system and processes.
- Training: work with business leadership to plan and arrange relevant and effective employee training and development.

POSITION COMPETENCIES
Previously held a position as a Human Resources Executive.
Must be familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated knowledge and relevant experience in Vietnamese labor, social security and tax compliance procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Docs.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
EDUCATION
Degree in Business, Finance or Law from a reputable university. Major in Human Resources an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry internationally and/or within an MNC environment in Vietnam.
- Relevant experience in Vietnam is essential.
- Possesses knowledge of personnel and human resources management, enterprise and labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
- International experience a plus.

INDIVIDUAL ATTRIBUTES
- Proven ability to work in a team context with project timelines, uncertain information and limited resources.
- Pro-active self-starter and results-oriented.
- Possess a high level of personal integrity and trustworthy.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
