- Partner with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and objectives and provide HR guidance and support to achieve them.- Develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and values.- Provide Human Resources expertise and support to stakeholders and employees on a variety of HR-related issues such as headcount planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation.- Participate in the development and execution of Human Resources programs and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Human Resources programs and practices.- Partner with line managers to develop and execute people's plans for key talents and for the whole team.- Handle projects, ad-hoc assignments from upper management.**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on business partnering.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for action.- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources best practices and local labor laws and regulations- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute Human Resources projects from start to finish.- Ability to maintain strict co
