We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable growth, high performance, and employee engagement. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strong business acumen with HR expertise to deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take lead in talent acquisition activities including sourcing and selection, newcomers on-boarding and integration, Employer branding initiatives, University partnership.
- Create an ideal talent acquisition strategy for the company which will aim to enable a fast and effective sales force for the "Perfect Start"; co-ordination in regional sourcing initiative for strategic programs like "Global Outperformer program" by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates at local market.
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and design HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Drive stakeholder management by building strong, influential relationships across the business and challenging leaders constructively where needed.
- Partner with leadership to shape a high-performance culture, providing guidance on capability building, organizational design, and change management.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs are implemented consistently and fairly, while promoting a positive employee experience.
- Analyze people data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a business partnering role and/or Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies
- Solid understanding of HR functions (talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, change management)
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment preferred
