Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team will be a client & campaign management expert, working with advertisers and agencies to design, implement, and optimize campaigns to achieve advertisers' performance objectives. Client Solutions Team is one of the most important partners to our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Key skills required for any persons to be in this team is to have a great focus on client service, ability to optimize marketing performance results for advertisers, and capability to provide customized training and solutions to advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
In this role, you will be one of the most important partners of our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to optimize marketing performance results for advertisers, and provide customized training and solutions to advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
- Analyze advertisement campaign's performance data to offer mid market clients data-driven business insights;
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of both branding or performance marketing product offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results and up-sell;
- Drive education on ad products & updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business;
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign;
- Spot the growth opportunity for mid market clients by regular performance analysis and escalate business growth findings to all the cross functional team;
- Improve product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback with product and go-to-market strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university (Business, Economics or tech-related fields). Strong preference for a bachelor degree in STEM, Finance or Statistics;
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, tech product, consulting, communications, or internet technology. Ecommerce or Retail experience is a plus;
- Experience in managing clients, partners or agencies. Strong preference in digital media fields (Experienced in marketing online channels including Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads is a plus.);
- Having a growth mindset with strong business acumen. Be able to think strategically & creatively beyond typical parameters, especially in problem-solving;
- Extremely sharp attention to details, with a high commitment to deliver the highest quality standards;
- Hunger, curiosity and motivation solve performance challenges & initiate innovative solutions with clients, spanning from one to many high-scaled solutions in TikTok ecosystem;
- Advanced quantitative skills (Excel/Google Sheet is a must. SQL is a plus) with the ability to analyze raw data, validate the hypothesis, draw conclusions & develop actionable recommendations;
- Good presentation skills, ability to articulate a complex strategy to an audience of varying degrees of marketing knowledge;
- Have strong ownership, with a startup mindset. Be able to thrive under ambiguity with minimum supervision;
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
