If you are, then allnex may be the place for you. Currently, allnex is having an interesting opportunity as a Technical Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. If you are a trilingual speaker (fluent in Chinese Mandarin) and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others, we would love to speak with you **Responsibilities**: - Oversee all technologies, deliver sales volumes and OCM target, and grow Chinese Speaking customers in South Vietnam and selectively in North Vietnam. - Manage existing business and further grow in (regional/global) key accounts, distributors and also other Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers in Vietnam market. - Introduce new products and innovation ideas to customers in order to generate new business and solve technical problems; offer quotation whenever required. - Analyze and understand the market movement through market study in resins industry both technically, commercially and dynamically; translate this into new business opportunities. - Coordinate with other sales managers, TSBD to develop strategic customers, especially Chinese speaking customers. - To assist Commercial Director to join other sales management activities - such as S&OP meeting, stock replenishment, rolling forecast review, strategic planning, execution plan to achieve department and company goals. **Required skills and experience**: - More than 5 years in a similar position is required, with experience in B2B relationships. - Solid experiences in handling internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent hunting mindset, good at relation building, quick understanding for business needs. - Fluent in Chinese and English speaking. - Able to learn quickly and adapt fast. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Chemical related is required. **We offer**: We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
