**Position**: HR Executive - Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Location**: Di An, Binh Duong
**Working Hours**: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage and execute monthly payroll processing accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and Vietnam labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee data related to payroll, taxes, insurance, and benefits in HR systems.
- Handle Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures and coordinate with local authorities.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support communication of related policies.
- Prepare HR reports, cost analyses, and periodic C&B summaries for management review.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR, payroll, and compliance.
- Review and improve C&B processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and HR policy inquiries.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in HR, specializing in **Compensation & Benefits / Payroll**.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, PIT (Personal Income Tax), and social insurance regulations.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
