**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR reporting.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compensation structures, and benefits practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while working under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive employee and company information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic company environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
