**Job Summary**:

- Significantly grow the Ownbrand business through Mergers and Acquisitions, in-licensing and Joint Ventures.
- Provide thorough market and business analysis on a quarterly basis for long term decision making

**General Responsibilities**:

- Source M&A opportunities through networking and find strong leads for acquisition for strong brands in Vietnam in OTC and ETC channels
- Evaluate M&A leads through mini-due diligence process together with Finance
- Source in-licensing opportunities through collaboration with regional team, or through local networking
- Evaluate in-licensing deals with a thorough business case, finalize the contracts and collaborate with regulatory team to start registration process
- Regularly support the OB business with market analysis, business analysis to make long term decisions for strategic planning
- Be responsible for yearly strategic planning for Own Brands business

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience in Healthcare market in leadership position in Sales/Marketing for 5-6 years at least
- Good network of connections in the Local Manufacturing industry
- to large-sized companies in similar industries
- Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
- Demonstrate skills in market research and audit
- Proven client and customer account management skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage country level assignments and projects
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English & Vietnamese (both written and spoken)

**Education**:

- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing preferred
- Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g. engineering, chemical, medical devices, etc.) will be considered
