**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth.
1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and delivery) to ensure alignment.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
5. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
6. Provide market feedback and insights to inform service development and improvement.
**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of business development experience in a similar industry.
2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
1. Strong network and connections in the business community.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
3. Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience working with diverse industries and clients.
2. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
