**A. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Market Research & Strategy Development
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve user acquisition, engagement,
and revenue goals.
- Partnership Management
- Identify and build relationships with potential partners, including fintech, telco, retails, e-commerce, loyalty companies, and other relevant sectors to support Liobank growth.
- Negotiate, structure, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships that align with the bank's digital objectives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive digital product adoption and sales by developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to launch and promote new digital products and services.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Develop and execute campaigns to attract new customers and enhance customer retention in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Analyze and optimize customer acquisition and engagement strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align product development with market needs.o Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to Liobank growth, including user acquisition, activation rates, and partnership performance.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data insights and feedback to optimize outcomes.
**B. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing partnerships and driving digital product adoption.
- Skills:
- Advanced Business English level is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
