We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our music business. Collaborating with partners across the organization, this team strives to set industry standards, optimizing opportunities for artists, content creators, brand partnership development, and platform growth. Our focus extends to maximizing revenue, maintaining partnerships, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and gaining insights into user behavior and audience dynamics.

**What you will do**:
**Optimize Music Licensing Business Channels (80%)**:

- Identify and develop new music licensing opportunities across various platforms, including digital music platforms, social media platforms, TV shows, and agencies;
- Working with the sales team on planning strategy to monetize on Media platform;
- Negotiate and secure music licensing agreements with relevant partners;
- Track & analyze music licensing revenue data reports;

**Partner & Acquire Music Content (20%)**:

- Conduct market research for current business models, including new Film/TV show/ Music trends and potential new trends;
- Work with the marketing team on creating and executing innovative content strategies that drive awareness, engagement and traffic;
- Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, both global and local, to attract and retain content creators;
- Manage Sponsorship/ Co-production/ Product placement deals for the sites;
- Hand-on and supervising, from negotiation to contract and execution.

**What you will need**:

- At least 7+ years of experience in Content Acquisition/ Business Development in the Media Entertainment industry, with a proven track record of success in music/ film licensing;
- Strong understanding of music licensing business models and revenue streams;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Passionate about working in the Media/ Film industry;
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team;
- Have experience in contract negotiation and reconciliation;
- Demonstration of enthusiasm, responsibility, dynamic, and strong teamwork skills.
