Main duties:
Assist the BOM in developing and monitoring the Maazi's business development strategy.
Research for new business opportunities including new markets, new locations, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - and new ways of improving existing business.
Identify new markets and customer needs (Get information from the operation team/Actual customer insight of Maazi's brand / Analyse customer tendency and sales results) - and Analyze the current market trend.
In charge of launching new locations and fostering their continued growth.
Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow our user base.
Assist in segmenting the market and identifying the best matches for Maazi's business model.
Identify and recommend potential projects in accordance with Maazi's strategy.
Assist a success measurement for new business projects with clear indicators.
Review key successful indicators to evaluate the success of the new business.
Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines
Report to the CEO on progress and issues / Sales analysis records.

EXPERIENCE:
Having experiences in F&B operations management, F&B project management, and Marketing
Business model planning & managing experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Knowledgeable about the F&B market.
Project management and permitting knowledge required.
Strong business acumen
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills, results-oriented
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate at all levels including senior executives.
Requirement:
Having a thorough understanding, experience, and knowledge of hospitality
A relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality,
Minimum 3 years
- experience in hospitality management
Good leadership and management skills
Be able to be the trainer of the food & beverage team
Willing to work at flexible hours or working shifts
Well communication skills (written and oral) in English
