**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**

Responsible for the annual promotion plan of several brands under different product categories to maximize consumer appeal. Overseeing the entire end-to-end process from planning to implementation for promotion activities. Strong understanding of brand equity is required to ensure the plan’s relevancy for the brands. Managing different stakeholders at different level is daily task as alignment is key in the company matrix organization.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends

Understand brands’ equity, business and opportunities

Understand channels’ landscape and opportunities

Propose promotional ideas which fit with each brand at certain time

Liaise with marketing teams to align promotional activities of a product category

Secure approval from relevant stakeholders for implementation

Collaborate with different functions for implementation supervision

Propose forecasts for product demand to ensure the availability of inventory

Assume responsibility of budget management for category
