**The opportunity
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with bank partners to explore and develop new product solutions to penetrate under-served segments of bank partners i.e., digital banking, business banking and private banking
- Work with bank partners on the contest campaign design to ensure effective use of the budget allocated to the bank and all the key risks are properly accessed and mitigated.
- Lead regular product development committees with bank partners to ensure alignment of all product actions (including underwriting framework), customers and marketing campaigns and to ensure key decisions are agreed and documented.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Insmart (TPA) and other providers to manage medical utilization to contain cost, reduce waste/fraud.
- Explore new business opportunities with non-bank partners, this includes due diligence, product development plan, compensation proposal, Go-to-Market strategy.

**What we are looking for**
- University degree.
- At least 4-6 years’ experience in product/sales distribution, preferably in the equivalent position.
- Experienced in cross-function communications and project management.
- Finance and insurance product knowledge is an advance
- Strong presentations and relationship building skills, in both Vietnamese and English
