What you’ll learn & achieve:
**Job Responsibilties**:

- Managing inspection team to follow and implement the company direction.
- Develop training plan to sub-ordinates to deal with coming businesses
- Conduct training and assessment to sub-ordinates
- Conduct regular meeting with sub-ordinates to review and update the inspection operation issues
- Monitor the utilization
- On-site monitoring to maintain the inspection service
- Join client meeting for Operation / Technical issues
- Conduct investigation for complaint cases
- Develop and submit monthly report to his/her supervisor
- Coordinate other teams to build a working environment for business needs

What makes you a great fit:
**Job Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor Degree in Engineering or graduate in any stream with more than 10 years relevant experience in the field of audits and inspections, and with 3 to 5 years of experience in people management experience.**:

- ** Experience in **General Hardlines and Softlines background will be an added advantage.**:

- Fluent English ability in reading and writing and speaking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong training and problem solving skill.
- Have experience in managing big team and clients across ASEAN regions
- Hands-on individual with excellent client management skills
