- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing materials, uniforms, and merchandise to meet the company's quality standards and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that align with the company's brand and ethical sourcing standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product specifications and brand guidelines are met.
- Manage the entire procurement process from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of products.
- Conduct quality control assessments and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues related to product quality or compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements in sourcing and procurement technology.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the sourcing and procurement process.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on marketing items, uniforms, and merchandise.
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process and experience in negotiating contracts and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (especially speaking & writing).
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
