Sales Force Automation Manager

- MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for administering all SFA systems, i.e. SFDC, Nemo, QlikView for SF, etc.; managing customer, Sales Force (SF) and business database; enabling and supporting SF and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of SFA systems and database to drive SF productivity. Continue SFA system enhancement and modification to meet changing business requirements and ensure system readiness for future requirements.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as SFA system administrator, responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of SFA systems in coordination with IT.
- Develop and enforce necessary system administration processes and procedure to ensure effective and efficient use of SFA systems.
- Act as custodian for customer, SF and business databases for use in SFA systems. Work with SFE, MIS and other stakeholders to identify business needs in order to optimize existing database and establish new ones.
- Develop in-depth understanding of user business requirements so as to design effective support and guidance procedures. Provide training, timely operation support and guidance to SF and other stakeholders to enable effective use of SFA system as well as to fully maximize system features.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to appropriate media and recovery storage device.
- Perform regular data archival and purge as necessary. Create, change, update and delete user accounts per request.
- Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and improvement opportunities related to SFA systems. Work with IT and SFE to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancement and modification to meet new business requirements.
- MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Experience Details: Minimum 5 years
- Related experience in Sales/Marketing
- At least 3-year experience in SFA system management (Pharma, nutrition, FMCG, or consulting)
- Working experience in FMCG, nutrition, pharma or consulting industry is preferred
