- Taking overall responsibility for Sales activities for Hai Phong’s project and other projects (in the future).
- Creating and managing the sales plan, budget plan, and cost of implementing business plans to ensure the cost-effective for the company.
- Developing sales strategies that go along with strategic plans of the Company, ensuring sales goals are achieved
- Conducting real estate market research, updating company & other competitors for project progress; supporting and facilitating the development of annual preparations and monthly review of sales forecasts
- Working with sales agencies to support sales activities, and distribute company products;
- Setting up sales and marketing strategies and plans
- Setting up the sales team in-house
- Researching & developing distribution channels for product lines, sales strategy/pricing/sales policy, planning and leadership for launching new products, and developing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitoring distribution channel development & management to achieve sales revenue & sales targets, updating information about good baskets, and the newest sales policy.
- Building a database and managing the loyalty program for customers, finding prospects and potential customers, and developing relationships with important customers.
- Being responsible for forming and organizing teams, including but not limited to recruiting members, managing sales materials & working procedures, working with partners...
- Training and supervising new salesmen
- Being responsible for sales team KPI and team members' performance.
- Working with internal departments for procedures related to sales activities;
- Instructing and training live reports, developing employee performance.

- Proven experience working in/with sales agencies is a MUST.
- Be able to set up a sales team.
- Be able to work on projects in other provinces.
- Excel and PowerPoint (MS Skills).
- Dynamic, confident, and autonomous.
- Good knowledge of the property market & trends.
