**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:
FTI Technical Sales Representative is responsible for sales to existing and new customers. You will build and manage a pipeline of Cloud Services and deliver incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Connect direct sales or work digitally with the market (global potential customers) to drive sales (B2B).
- Contact and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
- Consulting and supporting customers on products and services, negotiating and signing contracts. Deploy customer care.
- Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
- Post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize customer success.
- Continuous learning: Staying abreast of new developments in cloud computing technologies, attending industry events, and participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and expertise.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- College graduate or higher.
- Excellent communication skills at the technical and business level.
- Fluent in English. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively at work.
- Ambitious and have an appetite to learn.
- Technical knowledge in the area of IT/Telecommunication
