To strengthen our site in Vietnam, we are currently seeking a:
**Sales Executive**

**(Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam)**
- Achieve the targets set for his/her area: sales in volume (KG) and value and GM (local currency) if any
- (Đạt chỉ tiêu bán hàng tại khu vực được giao theo khối lượng (KG) và giá trị (VNĐ) và lợi nhuận gộp (VNĐ) - nếu có)_
- Plan his/her work activities, follow up up sales results and take corrective actions if necessary
- (Lập kế hoạch hành động, luôn theo dõi, bám sát kết quả bán hàng và có hành động khắc phục cụ thể nếu cần.)_
- Prepare and execute the work plan with discipline, as part of the daily routine (ex: follow up customer, )
- (Chuẩn bị và thực hiện các kế hoạch công việc hàng ngày nghiêm túc, kỉ luât (vd: tương tác, chăm sóc khách hàng hàng ngày, etc)_
- Report the achievements, market information (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) as per standarized formats provided by the Company (CRM/SFA).
- (Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện, thông tin thị trường (hàng ngày, tuần, tháng) theo đúng format yêu cầu từ công ty)_
- Collaborate with the Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve the targets together.
- (Hợp tác với nhân viên bán hàng của nhà phân phối để cùng nhau đạt được chỉ tiêu bán hàng)_
- Collaborate with Technical Department to perform technical support to customer:

- (Phối hợp với Bộ phận kỹ thuật nhằm thực hiện tư vấn, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng)_
- Ensure a great relationship with the Key Customers and Key Development Customers while maintaining sales performance and continuous business development.
- (Luôn bảo đảm mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các khách hàng Key đồng thời duy trì và phát triển kết quả bán hàng.)_
- Execute the company strategy and its diverse initiatives (ex: Innovation days, Specific program for specific key customer,...).
- (Thực hiện chiến lược và tham gia tất cả các hoạt động của công ty (vd: Customer Innovation Day, các chương trình phát triển riêng cho khách hàng, vv)_
- Makes sales forecast (monthly/quarterly) and be responsible for the accuracy of sales forecast.
- (Lập dự báo bán hàng hàng tháng / quý và chịu trách nhiệm về sự chính xác của dự báo)_
- Maintain the relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external).
- (Duy trì mối quan hệ với tất cả bộ phận liên quan (nội bộ và bên ngoài)_

**Profile**
- Minimum 3 years working experience sales, Dominance technical BAK
- Other skills and knowledge: Presentation skill, Communication skill, Negotiation skill,...

**Required Competencies**
- Strong analytical capabilities, creative and problem solving skills.
- An ability to influence, build effective relationships across all levels and also good communication skills
- Good at negotiation skill
- Honestly and open mindset
- Willing for travelling
