- Create monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan aimed at achieving sales in the area in charge.
- Make sure the dealer is performing their role properly and achieving the committed target
- Proposing to choose a capable Retailer.
- Ensure proper and sufficient implementation of the company's regulations and what the superiors require to implement
- Understand and understand the market, customer segments and competitors in the region/region under management
- Recommending and implementing solutions to improve operational/business efficiency in the management area
- Complete the company's KPIs: sales, new customers
- Report weekly details work schedule as well as sales volume estimates-forecast to ensure supply for dealers

Degree required
- University graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
- Experience in sales and customer management with experience in Lubricants industry or FMCG is an advantage
- English communication, listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Proficient in office computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Withstand high pressure and enthusiasm at work
- Fun, gentle and polite
- Willing travel
