The **Business Development Manager** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing dealers (Channel Partners) and developing new business opportunities in the Central region of Vietnam. You will establish plans and strategies to grow market share in the region at a high growth speed. Lead and guide dealer teams to achieve company business objectives as well as strive for customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Commercial team located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (hybrid) or Da Nang, Vietnam (Remote). **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies collectively with distributors in Central Vietnam, to support sustainable growth objectives.
- Collaborate through customer operations teams and cross-functional groups to maximize the technical, commercial, and operational support extending to our distributors.
- Establish effective distributor management processes to track sales forecast, sales funnel, sell-through, and other KPIs to ensure our visibility on distributor performance.
- Provide timely assessment and advice to senior management regarding market development, business model options, and distributor strategies.
- In charge of marketing and product strategies in the region from initiation to implementation through collaboration with the marketing functions.
- Ensure distributor compliance to adhere closely to all internal and external requirements.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Degree in Science/Commercial with a minimum of 3 years of commercial management experience in the IVD/Diagnostics industry.
- Good experience in distributor management skills, including leading, motivating, training, and driving dealers to achieve established sales and profit goals on a sustainable basis.
- Demonstrate strong in-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics by monitoring, analysing, and evaluating market trends, in diversified geo, to develop growth/business strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and operational area managers to ensure that business strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with overall HGM objectives.
- Good communication skills and ability to present business cases/strategies to local/regional teams
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- MBA business qualification
