**Job description**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our engineering team and manage the development of interesting and challenging projects for our international clients from Europe and South-East Asia.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements and objectives
- Utilize your software development experience to evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and make data-driven recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and user stories to facilitate the development of new features and functionalities.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and testing of software solutions and new features.

**Your skills and experience**:
**What You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in the same role
- Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and precision in project deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
