**Role**
- Lead the Marketing and Sales function for all activities;
- Develop marketing and sales strategy to increase market share and profitability. Organize and control implementation of marketing and sales tactics.
- Handle major sales, KA and negotiation; appoint agents and distributors and work with them.
- Be responsible for developing new business, either by introducing new products or by entering new markets.

**Tasks - Activities - Responsibilities**
- To complete BV understanding of local market: size, clients, competitors, organization, access channels and lead the BD team in conjunction with the region as well as whole BV’s network.
- To develop the prospect database and fill in the sale pipeline for meeting the Business Unit strategy.
- To manage and decide on sales process for all market approach.
- To decide on local range of service & launch customization of generic services.
- To decide on & launch local customized commercial tools.
- To meet large clients (KA) and manage the relationship with them.
- To launch marketing operations to the mass market.
- To manage the BD team in conjunction with company’s marketing function to organize seminars, conferences, participation to important exhibitions.
- To define the pricing policy for the approval.
- To set up the organization, in particular the back office & the relationship with production people.
- To co-ordinate actions to clients with BV Network.
- To disseminate sales competences to local BV people in order to speed up the development.
- In compliance with BV’s rule and requirement, to manage all necessary procedures for a good & safe running of the business.

- University degree or equivalent.
- At leat 10 years experience working as sales (technical sales) or Business Development.
- At least 05 years of working experience of team leader/ team manager.
