**We are currently seeking Loan Admins to join Vietnam office of MC&T Financial Solutions. **MC&T Financial Solutions is a boutique mortgage broker based in Melbourne, Australia. We are a dynamic and successful mortgage brokerage firm with a proven track record of helping clients secure the financing they need for their dream homes. We are looking to expand our team and bring on additional Mortgage Broker in Australia and also supporting member in Vietnam to help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Data validation and data entry into CRM system
- Order valuations, company searches, manual credit checks
- Check loan documentation to ensure compliance
- Liaise with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end loan processing
- Other admin tasks assigned by Broker/Loan Processor/Case Manager

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, administration, or related field
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Super organized with a keen eye for compliance.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Experiences in social media is a plus
